Great app with one horrible flaw
As long as no mistakes are made, the app is great and much easier than paper scoring. It’s great, except…
There should be a practice mode where new players, or people like me that fear messing stuff up and interfering with the flow of play, can learn how to use the editing and correction interfaces while in the safety and comfort of their own home. As it is, the only time someone can learn to use these features is when something has gone wrong and play has stopped and everyone is looking at you. When this happens to me, I usually end up tracking one of the kids down and asking them to fix it.
Despite me being a retired software engineer reasonably competent with computers, I am not confident in editing during a match even after using it several sessions. Admittedly the younger folk catch on quickly. Even so, a practice mode would be useful for being able to teach new scorekeepers.
Please add this feature!

Response from developer
Hey Keith, we really appreciate your feedback! We agree and are working on a practice mode. Let us know if you have any other suggestions for us and our team. We look forward to your feedback once this feature is released!
Great, but…
Love the concept of being able to keep score electronically however, why isn’t the scorekeeper app set up to keep track of dead balls? Those are huge part of the score…
Needs Apple Watch support
Would be great if we could see the current team score and individual score on a watch while playing a match rather than having to ask the scorekeeper what the score is and how many balls I need to make to win.
Feature
I really fill like the app has come a long way but the app needs a practice feature so teams can run mock games for practice
Overall good with some functionality needs
The app has come a long way over the years. There is still work to do on improving the experience though.
One really crucial thing is being balero delete a rack if you accidentally start a match. Sometimes someone accidentally starts a player match that shouldn’t be started and it needs to be deleted (not reset). For example, a match that is actually a forfeit or if a match is started in the wrong order and needs to be deleted so the correct throwing order is there. Deleting matches needs to be a thing!
