App is horrible. Website equally awful. Spent 2 hours and 2 phone calls to “customer service”. Finally, customer service directed me to Parclik and hung up abruptly. Find another way to reserve and pay for parking. Deleting this APP immediately!

No support for international cards

After working to enter requested app information for 3 hours, including information from 3 different international cards, I finally conclude it does not support international cards. I cannot figure out why parking garage uses this app since Madrid is an international city. We’ll be moving to a different parking garage.

A painful way to book parking!

I tried on multiple occasions s to book a spot but to no avail! Constant failure at the payment phase due to whatever tech is used to validate or check IP addresses! So in the end no luck and will cost me more! Useless!

Resulta increíble que después del tiempo que lleva activa la app Nunca recuerde el usuario y contraseña y no disponga de autenticación por Face ID teniendo que reescribirlo siempre incluido email de autenticación con código. Pierde para mi todo el valor y, si puedo, uso otra

Excelente organización y precio

Gracias a la app puedo aparcar cuando quiera sin necesidad de recoger el ticket y además si te registras con la app la estancia cada 24 horas tiene un precio de 7,45 euros

No lee bien las matrículas en Burgos

Resulta que ahora en el parking de la Plaza Mayor de Burgos, no lee bien las matrículas, por lo que la app se queda casi inservible. Ya son unos meses así.
