Ruined my visit to la Alhambra
I had to download this app as it the Alhambra official guide, shocking that the second most visited monument in Spain is this diabolical
First the wifi provided does not allow you to download the app as it is unsecured, so you’ll have to do it with your own data
Once downloaded, it is so complex to navigate! Not only that once you have wasted 20 minutes downloading and getting your grips with the app, the rooms have the number that was linked to the previous app which I only found out by chatting to one of the security guards
Overall, a total disappointment and I feel I missed out on key information that would have put the whole visit in context. Also there was not a single poster with information across the palace
If you want an informed visit take a book as you can’t rely in the Alhambra management for this

This app is absolute trash. Tried to use it at the Alhambra as recommended by the staff and it was a complete waste of time to try to set up and use. Ease of use, zero, and the quality of information was lacking as well.

This is not an audio guide, just a copy of chatGPT. It has very little information, no historical context or helpful tips. Hire a guide instead.
Difficult app
Tried to use this app at the Alhambra Palace in Granada. It was the app suggested by the Alhambra, with QR codes to download it. In a word, difficult. Our group spent around 20-30 minutes, each person trying to download, link to the WiFi, find the location on the Alhambra map. After we were all frustrated, we ended up without an audio guide at all. I wished we either had the headset audio guide at the front desk, or paid for a private guide.

Unusable Alhambra guide
This was pretty farcical and did its best to ruin my visit to the Alhambra. It’s very hard to navigate, doesn’t play in order of the tour for the palace, stops playing if you switch from the app (to take a photo for example), none of the numbers at the palace rooms match the (almost unreadable) numbers on the app. There are many exhibits which have audio guide symbols but don’t feature on the app. When I asked a staff member at the Alhambra, she told me that all the numbers relate to a previous audioguide. When I finally did get to listen to parts of the guide, the info was so thin on the ground that it was almost pointless anyway.
