Weiß nicht, ob man beim Inhalt die App mit bewertet, aber die Führung in der Alhambra war schlecht. Die Abläufe passen nicht zum tatsächlichen Weg. Und rhetorisch echt schlecht. Alles ist das Beste, Einzigartigste, Emblemischte, etc., etc.
Und die Namensnennungen der historischen Persönlichkeiten ist leider schlecht übersetzt, bzw. Wie von Siri vorgelesen…

Poor quality, confusing, runs down battery
Scanned the QR code at Alhambra, you have to register first to start to use it, then it is offering a free tour to Alhambra, very confusing navigation, when I switched to a different application and returned back to the guide,it resets back to start, offering the free tour again. After several such resets, it complained that I used too many free guides today. And this was the end of my tour.

Ruined my visit to la Alhambra
I had to download this app as it the Alhambra official guide, shocking that the second most visited monument in Spain is this diabolical
First the wifi provided does not allow you to download the app as it is unsecured, so you’ll have to do it with your own data
Once downloaded, it is so complex to navigate! Not only that once you have wasted 20 minutes downloading and getting your grips with the app, the rooms have the number that was linked to the previous app which I only found out by chatting to one of the security guards
Overall, a total disappointment and I feel I missed out on key information that would have put the whole visit in context. Also there was not a single poster with information across the palace
If you want an informed visit take a book as you can’t rely in the Alhambra management for this

This app is absolute trash. Tried to use it at the Alhambra as recommended by the staff and it was a complete waste of time to try to set up and use. Ease of use, zero, and the quality of information was lacking as well.

Difficult app
Tried to use this app at the Alhambra Palace in Granada. It was the app suggested by the Alhambra, with QR codes to download it. In a word, difficult. Our group spent around 20-30 minutes, each person trying to download, link to the WiFi, find the location on the Alhambra map. After we were all frustrated, we ended up without an audio guide at all. I wished we either had the headset audio guide at the front desk, or paid for a private guide.

Tried to use It for Alhambra today. Audio does not load, map is wrong and not precise and the app itself is totally not user friendly.

Unusable Alhambra guide
This was pretty farcical and did its best to ruin my visit to the Alhambra. It’s very hard to navigate, doesn’t play in order of the tour for the palace, stops playing if you switch from the app (to take a photo for example), none of the numbers at the palace rooms match the (almost unreadable) numbers on the app. There are many exhibits which have audio guide symbols but don’t feature on the app. When I asked a staff member at the Alhambra, she told me that all the numbers relate to a previous audioguide. When I finally did get to listen to parts of the guide, the info was so thin on the ground that it was almost pointless anyway. Just ranting here because, if you’re visiting the Alhambra, you may want to check out other options. I was

Es una idea genial. Todas esas visitas turísticas de las que no aprendes nada… ¡con Davinci ahora visitar un monumento es una experiencia super instructiva e interesante! Además la aplicación es super facil de usar e intuitiva. Me encanta, la usare en cada visita 😁

10 Minuten Computerstimme, die einen text vorliest. Danch ist die app abgestürzt und Hat gar nicht mehr funktioniert. Leider wars dann zu spät sich n echten audio guide zu holen. Und das beim besuch der Alhambra. Schade, Braucht niemand sowas.
Disappointing app
Poor app recommended by QR code sticker in Alhambra, Granada. Annoying strangely pitched Text-to-speech voice reads superficial short information and just spoils any atmosphere of the place. Makes you look at your phone, instead of monuments as points of interest do not match the numbers on the signs, GPS is apparently not used. When you lock the screen, the sound stops, so it unnecessarily eats up the battery and the screen shines in your pocket.

Me encantan las audio guía, la descargué para la alhabra en Granada pero cada vez que cambiaba a fotos y volvía a entrar, se devolvía al inicio lo cual la hace absolutamente impractica. Es elegir entre audio guía o fotos. Pésimamente diseñada .

Suelo usar audio guias y normalmente el contenido es completamente obsoleto. Me ha encantado esta audio guía es totalmente innovadora , y personalizada . Muy fácil de usar . Buscare en otros puntos . Muy recomendable

Davinci es la APP que llevamos esperando mucho tiempo. Personalmente soy de aquellas personas que cuando visita un lugar turistico compra la audioguía, porque si quieres enterarte de la historia es necesario. Para mi, estas audioguías en la mayoria de los casos incorporan mucha información de relleno. Pues ha aparecido la solución!!!! Davinci te ofrece información personalizada de estos lugares turísticos y sinceramente, estoy flipando, lo interactiva que es y lo interesante que son las historias que cuenta. Si eres un cultureta inquieto pero también practico (y que te gusta que vayan al punto) te va a encantar Davinci como a mí!
