A lot of scammers
I think there are a lot of scammers. Some of the apartment is not normally cheapest. They all request to deposit before you haven’t make tourists.
Too good to be true AI listings?
I like the idea of this app and it did help me explore certain apartments efficiently however some alerts I got were for apartments too good to be true. I would google the address to find the same photos on other housing sites but no rental listing, as if someone had copy and pasted recently sold properties and made them into rental listings and this app picked them up. I came across too many of those to really trust if they were real and finding no overlap of the rentals on any other reputable sites. Wasting my time in the end trying to figure out if they were scams, I'm better off just searching the old school way on Redfin/Zillow etc.

They will have listing on the email but it switch over to app and the listing is gone.
Don’t get
You can’t find any apts at all in 6 towns or more that asked about. This app is nothing but a waste of peoples time and space on a persons phone
