Crap app
These cheap cams never did function smoothly. Now that I’ve d—loaded the updated app they won’t work at all. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. 😡

Useless after upgrade
Very poor app, haphazard control for ptz camera, useless focusing control, confusing and tiny icons for iPhone, often freezes or crashes completely needing to reboot camera.

Normalerweise 0 Sterne aber einen muss ich ja. Die sind nicht in der Lage eine vernünftige stabile App zu machen. Seid einiger Zeit geht garnichts mehr. Kamera kann man nur noch in den Müll schmeißen. Kauft euch eine vernünftige Kamera und nicht so ein billigen China-Schrott. Nur Ärger mit gehabt. Ab in den Müll. Ich kaufe mir was gutes für ein paar Euro mehr.

Die App ist nicht zum weiterempfehlen! Ständig verbindungs Abbrüche. Und seid kurzer Zeit geht garnichts mehr . Ohne Grund werden die cameras nicht mehr erkannt. Und können nicht mehr verbunden werden! 1 Stern ist sogar zu viel dafür!

Worst app ever developed.
What is wrong with you idiots? This app is buggy beyond belief. 90% of the time I can't even load the cameras. I have to use a web browser. What's the point of the app if I can't use my cameras with it. It always says offline. Even when I reload and scan everything. Same thing. Then you get the random reboots of the cameras just for viewing them. I love how you haven't even attempted to reply to anyone's comments.

Waste of time and money.
Starting January 1st 2017 the app does not work and the cameras are useless. As is the customer service. Total run around. Avoid the cameras that use this app at all cost.
