I was ripped $400 on the 4th of August and 13th of August I uploaded two $200 Razer gold card and the first one I uploaded says it has been redeemed while the second one was successful! Same receipt, same card but Apexpay system interfere decided to rip me off becareful guys they’re only giving stupid excuses

Poor customer support and missing payment.
My experience with Apexpay has been extremely disappointing. I sold Bitcoin through their platform, and the transaction was marked as successful, but I never received my payment.
I contacted customer support immediately and provided all the information they requested, including my transaction details and wallet address. Instead of resolving the issue, they either stopped responding or took an unreasonably long time to reply. Their customer service has been very poor and unhelpful.
It is frustrating to have a transaction marked as successful while my funds remain unpaid. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and transparency from a platform that handles people’s money.
Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I cannot recommend Apexpay to anyone. Based on my experience, use this platform with caution.

They just ripped me $1k as at the minute of writing this review. My $500 was first rejected, I reached out and this was the response “ During our recent verification of your card, our system indicated that it has already been used. We understand that this may be concerning, and we want to assure you that this usage did not originate from our end. To better understand what may have happened, we recommend reaching out to the retailer or the primary provider of the card. They will be able to assist you in investigating this further.” I went ahead to trade another $500 Lo and behold, it was rejected again and when I reached out again, the above message was sent to me again. PLEASE AVOID APEXPAY AT ALL COSTS. They will do well at first to gain your trust then what follows is ripping. Stay away from them please 🙏🙏🙏

I have a bad and terrible experience. They take your card and claim it’s being used. Have been scammed of my $200 Apple Card. Don’t fall victim to them. scammers
