Horrible App + Unoptimized + Garbage UI
I’ve never encountered an app as terrible as this one. Every time I attempt to refresh my hotel layovers, it consistently informs me that I’m offline, despite having full service and WiFi. It’s baffling why this happens. To make matters worse, the app relentlessly prompts me to rate my stay at various hotels even after rating it. If I’ve already rated it, it stop asking me to do it again or leave a review. Instead of this intrusive behaviour, the app should simply provide a straightforward interface with all my layovers planned. If I could, I would give this app a 0-star rating. The person responsible for designing this app should be immediately terminated.

Rarely works!
Why is your app so hard to login to??? It’s always a frustrating experience no matter what. Unless I click on a reservation on my trip, it doesn’t work. The login is designed poorly so iPhone can’t save the password properly and I can’t find it easily. Needs work!
From bad to unusable
Updates should improve an app not make it worse this latest update has rendered this app completely useless. App requires a lengthy login process every time I close and reopen it and it will not pull my trip info at all. Just says downloading images then nothing. Website works but not the app.
Terrible update
It’s acting so weird and having trouble to actually log in and display any info in the app. This is a terrible update and they need to debug and release a new update.

A lot of people are saying that they can’t log in anymore.

Can’t rate an app anything other than one star if it won’t even get past the register screen without spinning and flashing endlessly.

Needs: Dark mode. Calendar integration. Much more offline functionality, especially map cache.

Hotel Brand Loyalty Number
The app is great for providing feedback to the hotels (good and bad) which allows our hotel committees to make more informed decisions.
Please improve the app and allow us to save our hotel brand loyalty numbers in the app. This will save us from having to physically write them down on the checkin paper every time we arrive at a hotel.

Pésimo
Los reportes no dejan cargar fotografías de la galería y la navegación es cero amigable para los mapas y actualización de hoteles por zonas, pésimo.
Good but cumbersome
I love this app and it has made improvements in the last year, but there are still some interface issues. If you don’t leave feedback for a previous stay as soon as you open the app, you can’t go back and leave feedback without having to fill out the whole compliment/complaint form. That form is also cumbersome and doesn’t allow for wiggle room in the drop down menu.

Copy and Paste function missing
I like the new functionality but Addresses should be linkable to Maps or allow the user to highlight and copy them at the very least.

Please restore the version back to version 2. That version worked well. This version does not work at all. It is totally useless. Please fix/restore to ver2 ASAP. Thank you.
