Adds and popups still in premium
This app is one of the fastest ways to visually find connection and flight information. Its usefulness seems almost unmatched by any other app I have used yet. I immediately paid for premium seeing the power of this app. Unfortunately the company that makes the software is now pushing “awareness campaigns” in the form of popups when you open the app. So beware when buying premium that the software team does not seem to respect the subscriber experience anymore. Maybe they change their internal policy, but it’s more likely that enough people won’t care, and there will perpetually be some awareness spam that you need to x out of when using the app.

Freezes up
Yeah, I know how bad this was I would not have did the purchase or should’ve just did the monthly purchase and canceled, but I bought the thing out. Freezes up in too many categories. Doesn’t even respond to when you try to get something up. Had a problem, even logging in.DO NOT BUY

Can’t log in even with a paid subscription
The app is fantastic when it works but I paid $40 for an annual subscription but can’t log in to my account. When I log in I get a notice that says “no premium subscription” and it won’t log in. It’s infuriating. I tried emailing the app designer but get no response.

After a few more days I did hear back from the developer and they fixed my login issue and I am once again able to access the app.
