Phantom Alerts
I really want to like this app but the alerts never work. I have literally searched for the flight using miles minutes after the alert and either the flight is not even on the system or the miles are double sometime triple seat.aero’s. I am very sorry i paid for a premium subscription that is useless.

App no longer works
The searching seems to be permanently broken. The only way is to use the mobile version of the website.
Scam
Will show you a flight for low points and then you click on it, and it’s double or triple the points. Not accurate at all. Will waste your time!!
Search function does not work
The search function simply returns “Something went wrong” for literally any combination of searches. I’ve tried changing dates, destinations, cabin preferences, sorting, alliances, clearing all filters, clearing sort options, nothing works. The “Explore” feature still functions on the app. Good service on a web browser, the app simply does not work for any searches. Hopefully this will be fixed in a future update.

Latest update
This latest update will not even let you launch the app! Once updated, it will tell you you need to update and back to the App Store and it just goes into an infinity loop without launching the app.
