I can’t get out of update mode and then crashes
App is horrible. Site is Great
This app for some reason is horrible but the website is wonderful. There are some issues where the search feature does not show the same information as the website. Would be great if they were truly linked and in sync.
Time of day flight search
Mega annoying that I cannot filter by time of day of flight. Let’s say I want to take a morning flight. No ability into filter for morning flights.

Have been using this app for months and it has been great, however, In the last month it has become unusable
Good product destroyed.
Been using seats.aero both online and app for almost 2 years now. App has been redesigned and is honestly a disaster. Results are not to be trusted, results sometimes don’t show up, if you are points familiar look at airlines individually, unfortunately they are turning useless. Going from a tool to useless. Sad that a program I started and paid for took such a bad turn down the tubes.

App doesn’t work
Let me input my local airport, but won’t let me delete (or clear) the LHR auto-added one. Also, won’t let me input airports into the destination field. Useless.
The worst UI experience of my life
This app has annoying airport selection UI, which becomes even more annoying when you realize you can only search my airport code. I have yet to find a flight where the airline mileage cost matches the advertised amount on the app- an Air France flight quoted as 30k miles was actually 67k on the Air France site.

Started great now many issues
The app started great. I am a Pro subscriber and pay close to $10 monthly. However, there have been many issues lately. Search using business class only no longer works. I get 60% of flights that only have economy seats and no business class seats despite me filtering by business class only. Many business class seats are missing despite showing on actual airline websites. Even when I create alerts for premium economy only, I get emails that economy is available per my alert (which is not for economy but premium economy). I hope they fix all this mess.

There is a bug that won’t let you log in. It sends you a link to your email, you click it, and then it says the link isn’t valid.
Latest Update Disastrous
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. It’s cliche for a reason!! The latest update is awful, most notably when searching for the cost of direct flights, the top line shows the point price of connecting flights so there’s a constant bait and switch. Super frustrating.
Terrible UI
Might be one of the worst apps I’ve seen in years. The concept is great but the mobile app sends you into an endless login loop that works. The desktop version is a little better but very clunky. Do they know it’s 2026? You can’t even edit any of the alerts - you have to delete and redo the entire thing even if you just want to change one parameter like the seat class. Canceling Pro subscription after one day.

Severely downgraded
Hate to say it, but this is a shadow of its former self. I've been with them since the beginning, and sadly disappointed. Whatever happened the ability to pick the +/- number of days on a search? Pro members shouldn't be losing functionality on the app or mobile. Please add it back.
Poor app, great website
While the website is great, the mobile app has been getting worse. Scroll positions are constantly reset after selecting a flight, unintuitive airport selectors and filter dropdowns, does not have all the features of the website, etc. Unfortunately in its current state you’re better off
using the website than the app.

App used to be great until they updated recently. Don’t touch what’s not broken!
So secure I can’t use it
The app is okay for the most part, but the main website is useless due to Cloudflare blocking everything. I was going to subscribe but given it’s unusable via their www site I’ll pass. Good luck finding anyone in support or even a contact to help you. There are way better options out there. Overall, disappointing ..

It doesn’t work as it supposed to
Several issues with the app, already informed to the team by email, no solution so far
Too many bugs.
After searching and opening an item, going back always resets the list to the top, which is extremely frustrating.
The search UX is awful — the update completely ruined the convenience of the previous version and replaced it with a poorly designed experience.
