予約の管理ができない
購入後の座席変更が出来ない。明らかに空いているのに…変更出来ないのにも関わらず、もともと指定していた座席は削除される。仕方なくオフィスへ電話するとアプリから変更出来ませんか？と。出来ないから電話してるんですよ。

Worst customer service experience in 35 years of travel
SIA changed our flight 12 times before departure and then cancelled and downgraded cabin class without notice and without refunding. We communicated daily between 3 July 2026 and 19 August 2026 to resolve the matter. Our refund remains outstanding as does our extra accommodation costs and out of pocket expenses due to the airlines cancellation. Would never recommend this airline to anyone
