Cannot check in using the app

The app check in page kept spinning after all information was entered and “submit” button was clicked. I had to use the browser to check in. It is not the best app I have used.

Slow and not functional

Very slow. We have fios and super high speed internet and every other app works great. This app is horrible. And we can’t check in even we answered all the questions. This app and their website belongs to the 90s. They need a new tech team to bring their portal to 2026
