App useless
I bought tickets on Starlux but it’s impossible to add my flight into the app. I tried my confirmation number as well as the eTicket number and both are met with “data error” messages….what use is this app?
Assigned seat not showing in the app
I called customer service and they told me the seat has already been assigned, however it does not show in the app, nor will let you change it.
Can’t add my trip
I i’ve attempted numerous times to add my trip. The message keeps coming up “ since a non-cosmile ID number is already existed, the reservation could not be added (03021) I’m flying in two weeks and need to be able to access the preflight meals and entertainment apps. STARLUX is a great airline but their app surely requires a lot of improvement.

Flawed and weak app/website
I really like STARLUX AIRLINE “But” they need to fix mobile app is slow and not reliable as well their website run very slow. Such a frustrating experience. I’ve experienced this with trying to get my E ticket and boarding information that I have to go to the airport much earlier in order to secure my flight plans.

Terrible customer service
Impossible to get ahold of, unavailable at airport counter, and the app provides no way of getting support. Their listed phone numbers are incorrect.
