Singapore Airlines made a mistake and could not fix it because the flight was full by the time I realised their error. Very disappointing customer service. No confirmation emails. Children now flying in different rows seated next to strangers.

Such an easy app to use, for the best airline. I always love traveling with Singapore airlines. The planes are always modern clean and service is always fabulous. Never had a bad experience. Changi airport is fabulous so much to do. You can spend hours there wandering around shopping, and they offer every service you might need.
