App is always easy to use, easy check in, nothing is ever a problem. Staff have to be the friendliest of all the airlines. One of the nicest airlines that we have traveled with.
Substandard app
This app shows the Singapore airlines brand in a poor light. Flight selection part is awful - I multi city booking attempts all failed with an opaque error. The same selections succeeded on the website.

Singapore Airlines made a mistake and could not fix it because the flight was full by the time I realised their error. Very disappointing customer service. No confirmation emails. Children now flying in different rows seated next to strangers.
