Damaged luggage
Extremely disappointed with my recent Emirates experience. My checked luggage arrived with the zipper and lock broken, and it was obvious that my belongings had been searched and left in a complete mess. There was no security inspection notice or any explanation for what had happened. I trusted Emirates to handle my baggage with care, but instead it was returned to me damaged and mishandled. This level of service is unacceptable for an airline that promotes itself as a premium carrier. I expect Emirates to take responsibility and resolve this matter fairly.

Worst of all the airline apps
Absolutely nothing works, in their app or on their site. Not setting a new password, loading seat selection, nothing. How can an airline offer such a good in-flight experience and such a poor online experience.
Unusable for holidays booking via Emirates
Doesn’t accept holiday booking reference, not the flight booking number. Have deleted the app now.
