Slow, buggy and falls short of what QA promises
The experience on this app is much lower than I expected. It’s buggy and logs you out frequently. It’s slow and takes time to load or to do anything in the app. The check-in process is slow and sometimes doesn’t work. Compared to what you hear about QA, this falls very short of what can be considered an amazing experience. There is nothing amazing about this app.

App is not working
The App with the latest update is getting stuck at the initial Ad screen and not able to move any further. The developer team, please have a look at it.
The new update makes the app unusable
After the recent update, I’m unable to use any feature of the app. It asks to set the departure airport, but that action doesn’t work. Next it shows the ad and there’s no way to exit the app screen. The progress bar reaches the end and I’m forced to exit the app. The same thing happens when I open it again.

Really good experience
Going to Uk to Pakistan. Had the best experience ever the food was great and it had very comfortable seats, loved the movie’s especially the Lego’s movie and the games were great

Latest version of app is unusable
I don’t know what your developers did, but this app is now useless. Upon opening, the app gets stuck on the advertisement/splash pages and you can’t access the app at all. Completely unusable. Fix this ASAP.
