Unprofessional service and hidden Worst cargo experience – misleading fees
Very disappointing and unprofessional cargo handling experience.
I shipped my cargo from Amman with Qatar Airways and paid the full amount there. After arrival at DFW, I was delayed for more than 4 hours, sent between different offices, and forced to pay additional undisclosed fees to other companies.
Staff were unhelpful, unable to explain the process, and the online payment system was not working properly. I was even told my cargo would be delayed for days unless I paid again.
I lost time, missed work, and paid hundreds of dollars extra with no prior notice.
Completely unacceptable cargo service. I have receipts and proof of all payments.
