Doesn’t work at many venues
Have used my link card at various different venues listed on the app and never received the miles. Very hard to contact anyone to raise the issue. Chat doesn’t really assist with the query.
Inconsistent
This is a good idea but it adds miles inconsistently and there is not a support function so you just email the general emirates email who then, in my case, have not replied.
Doesn’t work
It adds points for a few of the places but most don’t get added. You have to get a receipt and the card receipt and then make a complaint and then chase them p and then still nothing. Pointless.
Flawed
Points from some places add fine but a lot of - Costa, Borders, H&B etc - don’t get added which is a huge flaw in the system. And customer service are a bit useless at fixing things.
Furchtbar
Nichts kann man erfassen, ständig dreht sich ein Wartefeld. Die App ist eine Katastrophe
