Poor transaction tracking

Most of the transactions are not reflected automatically. Impossible to follow up on every transaction with several receipt and poor client service. Bottom line do not expect to collect miles with it

Doesn’t work at many venues

Have used my link card at various different venues listed on the app and never received the miles. Very hard to contact anyone to raise the issue. Chat doesn’t really assist with the query.
