Doesn’t work at many venues
Have used my link card at various different venues listed on the app and never received the miles. Very hard to contact anyone to raise the issue. Chat doesn’t really assist with the query.
Inconsistent
This is a good idea but it adds miles inconsistently and there is not a support function so you just email the general emirates email who then, in my case, have not replied.
Doesn’t work
It adds points for a few of the places but most don’t get added. You have to get a receipt and the card receipt and then make a complaint and then chase them p and then still nothing. Pointless.
Flawed
Points from some places add fine but a lot of - Costa, Borders, H&B etc - don’t get added which is a huge flaw in the system. And customer service are a bit useless at fixing things.

Points don’t automatically add for most places listed. And with Emirates air miles worth less than ever it’s a lot of hassle for little reward.
Simple to use …but
I’ve had this app for ages, and thought my life was going to be made easier once the points got automatically added when you added the link your card feature but for some reason my points DO NOT get added. I have been been emailing Emirates Customer services for weeks now and none emails are going back and forth and my points are still not being added. I have 3 cards linked to the account and have no problem with the ENBD card only my HSBC one! Why ???

UAE only
Only available for stores in UAE, and although I travel via Emirates a lot, we generally don’t stay in UAE, so no point having this app available on the UK platform. Disappointing, but hopefully this will change

Fraud App
It’s a scam, they say they credit the miles spending at partners with linked credit card but they never do

In my case useless, little choice of brands and activities. I expected more as Skyward Infinity member.
Apple Pay doesn’t count
It does not add your points when you use Apple Pay to make a purchase in there partnered stores

After the new update we dont get any point and i have made many purchases in many stores ! Just return the old way it was way better !!
Map find is bad
I try apply in shop it’s ask to go near by while am im the shop but no other way to add my point like barcode scanner

I can’t open the app when I’m in an outlet, whether it’s a shop or restaurant, 5G or wifi, it just keeps hanging.
