Okay, here’s a draft in your voice. Our Turkish Airlines flight was around 11 hours, and there was barely any air conditioning, and I mean barely. We were sweating. The amenities were rough, like the entertainment system hardly worked. The touchscreen was basically unresponsive, and I felt bad trying to press it harder because I was literally shaking the seat of the person in front of me. And now, looking at flying back, I’m seeing165 dollars for a single checked bag. That’s just preposterous. Overall, between the comfort issues and the bag fee, this doesn’t feel worth it.

They really should catch up wth the rest of the airline world. I have two middle names and never use them when I book tickets. Becuase that is what they put into my Smiles account when it was created, I can't add my membership number because the name doesn't match EXACTLY.
