Not easy to book seats
Used the app to pre-book seats for our return flights from Edinburgh to Tokyo. I had to pay for each flight individually. That’s 8 separate transactions!

Service and quality does not worth the money
Despite it is so expensive I bought tickets from Turkish Airlines with an expectation that their service, food, wifi, and aircraft are better. No it was not. It does not worth paying twice as much money for a flight ticket. Check other options before you go for THY.
