Terrible App
Terrible App !!! no way to verify my identity and redeem my frequent flyer points. It’s made not to redeem them as they expire and you lose them anyway.
Best airline ever
This is half way through my business class trip with Turkish Airlines and I am overwhelmed with how exceptional the service is. In an industry that seems to be all about cutting costs and corners - it’s refreshing to see an airline that focuses on customer service and experience. I highly recommend Turkish Airlines to everyone.

Doesn’t scan , so much privacy issues
No happy with the app and it can’t scan docs and doesn’t allow to insert manually
Mixed payment :miles with cash
The system did not unclearly accept mix payment, without telling what was wrong!! When pay with cash , payment went through!! There should be a mention the reason even though payment would not be accepted.
Don’t book
They are scammers they will take your money and you stay with no help
