Two tickets with two completely different allowances
I just bought two tickets separately. For both I needed to add Wheelchair services. First ticket Wheelchair service option was disabled, no matter where I click-resulted the same-not working wheelchair option. However, with second person’s ticketing I picked the same option very easily and successfully added the service. Which afterwards I received feedback option-where I didn’t get with the first person’s ticket.
Meanwhile I am a pro IT user, such a shame I couldn’t dealt with.

Got wrong seat assigned
Paid 19 usd to book seat next to my spouse but it assigned me a completeley different seat when got boarding pass online. Also then card was charged 2 times and waiting for a refund. Also customer support was completely clueless and unhelpful. Maybe the online system is full of glitches or the support team is sniffing glue
