Only giving 1 star because I have to, the company sold me an incorrect non existent bus ticket. The bus company emailed me to say this trip does not exist and it was a mistake by Obilet and to cancel and request a refund from them. So I emailed, I sent a live chat, I attempted calling. Days no response and no refund for a ticket I bought off their app that WAS NOT REAL. Forced to buy another hotel for a night because all other buses sold out, and miss my reservation at my next stop losing out on that money as well. The least I should get is an apology and refund for the ticket, if not further compensation. Horrible communication and selling fake tickets. Could not recommend less.

Booked 2 tickets from Rize to Batumi, on the travel date which was a week later. I get to the bus stop at metro torizm where the bus supposed to pick us up ! The office agent was rude and almost faught me, but that’s a different story ended up the bus was canceled and obilet faild to update us or letting us know even after contacting them 2 times ( which was one of the most difficult thing to do ) basically I wouldn’t recommend! 0 starts if possible
