Only giving 1 star because I have to, the company sold me an incorrect non existent bus ticket. The bus company emailed me to say this trip does not exist and it was a mistake by Obilet and to cancel and request a refund from them. So I emailed, I sent a live chat, I attempted calling. Days no response and no refund for a ticket I bought off their app that WAS NOT REAL. Forced to buy another hotel for a night because all other buses sold out, and miss my reservation at my next stop losing out on that money as well. The least I should get is an apology and refund for the ticket, if not further compensation. Horrible communication and selling fake tickets. Could not recommend less.

Booked 2 tickets from Rize to Batumi, on the travel date which was a week later. I get to the bus stop at metro torizm where the bus supposed to pick us up ! The office agent was rude and almost faught me, but that’s a different story ended up the bus was canceled and obilet faild to update us or letting us know even after contacting them 2 times ( which was one of the most difficult thing to do ) basically I wouldn’t recommend! 0 starts if possible

버스는 버스대로 통보없이 취소인지 가버린건지 소식도 없고, 라이브챗 기능은 어플 벗어나기만 하면 꺼지고 새로 연결되는 쓰레기 같은 기능. 그냥 자기들이 일하기 싫어서 이따구로 쳐만들어 놓은 듯

Not reliable, stay away!!!
Stay away from this app, they have no control over bus companies or even a little bit knowledge of operations in the field, no relevant information no fail safe to protect their customers. You will end up stranded in a couch station with no help at all like I am.

Din pacate nu recomand, am rezervat un bilet Constanta Burgas pentru ora 19:10 iar autobuzul a plecat de la ora 18:55. Nu primesti numar telefon sofer iar comunicarea cu obilet e greoaie numai pe chat .

Kale otobüs kalkış yeri İstanbul dudullu diye geçiyor. Aplikasyon yanlış bilgi veriyor. Hataları bildirme adına bi yardım yerinde bulunamıyor. Zor durumda kaldım. Şirketlerle gereken detayları doğru anlaşın ve doğruluğuna belirli sürelerde teyit edin!
