MARTI: TAG & Scooter provides three main services: TAG, which allows you to request a private vehicle for comfortable travel; Courier, for sending or receiving packages quickly; and rentals of electric scooters, mobilets, and mopeds for fun, fast, and eco-friendly city navigation.
To use the electric vehicles, open the app, find a nearby vehicle on the map, tap 'START RIDE', scan the QR code, and begin your journey. Follow the specific instructions for scooters, mobilets, or mopeds, and remember to park according to rules and take a photo to end your ride.
The app itself is free to download and use. However, there are costs associated with using the TAG service, the Courier service, and renting the electric scooters, mobilets, and mopeds. These costs are based on usage and service type.
MARTI helps you avoid traffic, saves you time, and eliminates the need for long walks after public transport. It offers affordable, on-demand, and enjoyable transportation options, including environmentally friendly electric vehicles and the comfort of private car rides.
To request a TAG ride, open the app, navigate to the TAG section when available in your area, set your destination, choose your vehicle type, and tap 'LET’S GO'. You will then be picked up and taken to your destination in a private vehicle.
