Некорректная работа игры Bolbol.

Постоянный баг при нажатии на паспорт. Неактивно. Уже много раз писала, что если нажатие на билет и чемодан активно, то нажатие на паспорт через раз. Сегодня играла. Увидела сразу 3 предмета, но опять треклятый чемодан. Не исправляете баг с зимы. Писала уже неоднократно. Это обман.

Sign In Nightmare

The BolBol Miles Programme proved impossible to join simply because in my case it didn’t want to change my country of residence. By the time I gave up, I had run out of time and had to start again. Not great.

Disgusting

I couldn’t get my flight changed after trying for over a week. I spent £200 in phone calls as none of the Uk numbers worked so had to call Pegasus direct from an email I received.
I’m going for an operation and the original flight was cancelled to a later time which is no good.
Luckily I’d paid for the Comfort flex incase of this situation but the system wouldn’t let me go it myself.
Nearly 10 days later and not one person has been able to sort it. The assistants just get a technical fault come up.
My surgeon said if I can’t get there earlier my operation will need to be cancelled today.
Funny thing is I can cancel the flight and rebook for more than double online but not transfer even though I paid to go so.

Can’t book my flights on it. Will not add second person. The phone numbers are a waste of time as they are not valid.

Custom service teribble

They tortured me with my small kid on a airport at 29th April in Sabiha Gokcen. On gate 201b flight to skopje at 18:35. The women insisted of decreasing the weight on my bag. And in my bag was laptop, book, wallet. I didn’t know what to decrease. My kid started crying. The arrogant girl there was insisting on taking 50e for the pieces mentioned above. Offending me. Making torture to my kid.
This is unacceptable. I will report this everywhere. On social media and will never suggest this airline to anyone. I will even take my kid to psychologist and take report for this torture and submit it.

Неоднократная некорректная работа игры БолБол

Неоднократно при нажатии во время игры на «паспорт» программа не реагирует. Прошлый раз жаловалась. Ничего не изменили. Сегодня опять играла и опять паспорт не реагирует. Программа обновленная. Новый айпад.

Poor flight and support during an emergency. They do not care about your health

Pegasus refused to provide me with support during an emergency medial situation. They do not show care for your health and would leave you at risk while you travel. It is better to book directly from their competitors.
