The flight attendant was extremely rude, disrespectful, and made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe during the flight. Her attitude toward me appeared discriminatory, and I felt that I was treated differently because of my race or background.

Not able to use Bolbol membership points
Very inconvenient app, I struggled to sign to get my bolbol points, however the system constantly did not recognise me, even when password changed the problem continued to persist. As a result I had to continue as a guest and was deprived of the option to get points. This is not the first time this happens. I would be really grateful if Pegasus helps resolve this issue with my account and enrolls points for this and past journeys, which could not be available because of faulty app. Thanks

Can’t buy a ticket vía app
I have now tried to purchase a ticket for the second time, and on each occasion I had to repeat the booking process three separate times because the app simply does not work properly.
Sometimes the payment button does not appear at all. Other times, I enter a perfectly valid European bank card issued in Spain, and the payment is immediately rejected for no clear reason. The 3D Secure verification window does not even open, so there is no opportunity to contirm the transaction with the bank. The process simply fails without any useful explanation or solution.

Некорректная работа игры Bolbol.
Постоянный баг при нажатии на паспорт. Неактивно. Уже много раз писала, что если нажатие на билет и чемодан активно, то нажатие на паспорт через раз. Сегодня играла. Увидела сразу 3 предмета, но опять треклятый чемодан. Не исправляете баг с зимы. Писала уже неоднократно. Это обман.
