Communication
The communication is absolutely horrendous 99% of the time you can’t login you’re on the phone. I have been on the phone for almost 24 hours. Trying to figure out a mistake that you made and then you’re charging me for seats that I already paid for this. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life so disappointing.

Quite hard work to book a flight
App is a bit clunky, but got there eventually. However I wanted to book hotel package but I gave up due the fact it would not recognise I needed 2 rooms. Very frustrating so I am booking a hotel separately

You are the worst. Every time I file a complaint with your support team, I get the same response: ‘we don’t see it that way, everything’s fine on our end.’ You will never reach a decent level of service unless you start taking complaints seriously and taking responsibility

Very convenient and considerate airline
Our flight was delayed multiple times for approx 4-5 hours and Turkish airline offered refreshments initially and then offered free changes to full reservation or full refund for flight cancellation. We made changes to the reservation and were able to change the flights very easily according to our choice in Turkish Airline app.

Very upset I couldn’t use my miles because it didn’t let the rest of the amount I owe on credit card go through, but when I paid the total amount, the credit card went through

Passport scanning never works
This is by far the worst app I have ever used for flights. The check-in process never works. Scanning passports always glitches, especially for kids because it won’t allow me to put a birthday less than 18 years old. When I try scanning the passport, it always says that it failed.

Most terrible experience with EVERYTHING!!!
They steal your miles&smiles points and don’t give you the full points as it’s stated on your ticket. They don’t help you anything to do with the miles program on their customer support and there is NO customer support unless you apply with a form and only online and it takes forever to reach anyone -which is hopeless in the first place. The Vancouver turkey flight was a nightmare!! They don’t even have air conditioning in the plane. No leg space, i guess they expect everyone to be dwarfs!!! You have to pay arm and a leg to get more leg space! And the tickets were already super expensive. So greedy greedy greedy!! And unhelpful! Never again!!!!!
