3 hours of delay to verify payment
Booking a 90 minute flight took 2 and a half hours. Your payment portal was not operational. Your booking office needed to transfer me to domestic flights. They would not take a payment over the phone. Your 3d verification failed over 11 times. On my P C your digital content did not load. On the iPad your digital id failed.

For a non skilled computer user like me, i have lots of difficulty naviting thru the different options. I was navigating just for our seats and each time i have to go back to the original screen.
Also, i had difficulty logging in to my turkish airline acct.

Won’t let you do any change in app. You need to file up a feedback form and you’ll get back an answer to your problem in 7 days.
App not great
Compared to leading US airlines website and apps, Turkish Airlines App and website are outdated.
Not easy to book seats
Used the app to pre-book seats for our return flights from Edinburgh to Tokyo. I had to pay for each flight individually. That’s 8 separate transactions!

Service and quality does not worth the money
Despite it is so expensive I bought tickets from Turkish Airlines with an expectation that their service, food, wifi, and aircraft are better. No it was not. It does not worth paying twice as much money for a flight ticket. Check other options before you go for THY.
