Notifications Don’t Work
Since it switched from Bell to API I don’t get any notifications from my cameras. Also the main panel doesn’t update especially the temperature.
Disappointed
SENSORS FAILURE!!!! We called the technical support about 6 times but goes to voicemail! I thought it’s 24 hours service but nobody answered!!!! Customer support is very poor!!!!
Rarely works
The app doesn’t keep you logged in. So while you try to access the video feed you need to wait for a verification email. That is if the video feed happens to be working. It doesn’t work for days at a time and will randomly reconnect. Good luck cancelling. They sent out an email to all customers using the “to” field exposing email addresses of hundreds of people.

Would give less than 1 star. Have made numerous attempts to cancel my service and no response to phone calls or emails. Will be taking legal action.
Panel alarm
Your alarm saved me last week. An intruder broke into my sunroom at 2:00 a.m. and I was able to hit the police panic button and scare him off. The police were here in 5 minutes thanks to your operator .
