Notifications Don’t Work

Since it switched from Bell to API I don’t get any notifications from my cameras. Also the main panel doesn’t update especially the temperature.

Disappointed

SENSORS FAILURE!!!! We called the technical support about 6 times but goes to voicemail! I thought it’s 24 hours service but nobody answered!!!! Customer support is very poor!!!!

Rarely works

The app doesn’t keep you logged in. So while you try to access the video feed you need to wait for a verification email. That is if the video feed happens to be working. It doesn’t work for days at a time and will randomly reconnect. Good luck cancelling. They sent out an email to all customers using the “to” field exposing email addresses of hundreds of people.
