Add Parking Space Filter
Hi! Can you guys add a filter for parking space? I see a lot of 2 bed 2 bath units in my town that only offer one parking spot and I’d like to not waste my time on those and keep my list relevant to myself

Thank you for allowing our company the ability to monitor the market to observe the value of our properties, to determine if it’s viable to invest on improvements, or simply sell, and find other options.
Photo viewing
Since recent updates, photos, no longer rotate when I turn my phone horizontal. It makes it hard to have a good look since the photos are then very small. Hopefully this gets fixed, otherwise enjoying the app.
Now it’s an advertising platform
Every listing has an ad for TD insurance now. “See how much you can save with TD!” Over time no doubt there will be others. There will be more.
This ad platform was a forced upgrade: it blocked all UI input until you upgraded. Just in case there was any doubt about the people behind this app and their motives. Why provide a service making money legitimately when you could leverage users’ attention to sell them to advertisers? Realtor.ca gets ad revenue. Advertisers get another platform to shove their commercial messaging in front of peoples’ eyeballs. That’s the definition of win-win, right? Right???
Imagine a world where apps like this— already commercial speech in the form of advertising for houses— didn’t try to squeeze every penny out of every possible transaction, every user, everywhere all of the time. Imagine the people running it just said “this app is already advertising for our core business, no need to turn a catalog into a catalog with banner ads, what’s next, ads within ads within ads? Don’t we need to draw a line”?
If we make it to the end of the year without them adding auto playing video ads I will be shocked.
But think how much you can save!
