Love it

Alleviates many disappointing viewings.

Updates

Shouldn’t have to be forced to update the app to use it. That’s how you lose user quickly.

Add Parking Space Filter

Hi! Can you guys add a filter for parking space? I see a lot of 2 bed 2 bath units in my town that only offer one parking spot and I’d like to not waste my time on those and keep my list relevant to myself

Thank you for allowing our company the ability to monitor the market to observe the value of our properties, to determine if it’s viable to invest on improvements, or simply sell, and find other options.

Photo viewing

Since recent updates, photos, no longer rotate when I turn my phone horizontal. It makes it hard to have a good look since the photos are then very small. Hopefully this gets fixed, otherwise enjoying the app.

Now it’s an advertising platform

Every listing has an ad for TD insurance now. “See how much you can save with TD!” Over time no doubt there will be others. There will be more.

This ad platform was a forced upgrade: it blocked all UI input until you upgraded. Just in case there was any doubt about the people behind this app and their motives. Why provide a service making money legitimately when you could leverage users’ attention to sell them to advertisers? Realtor.ca gets ad revenue. Advertisers get another platform to shove their commercial messaging in front of peoples’ eyeballs. That’s the definition of win-win, right? Right???

Imagine a world where apps like this— already commercial speech in the form of advertising for houses— didn’t try to squeeze every penny out of every possible transaction, every user, everywhere all of the time. Imagine the people running it just said “this app is already advertising for our core business, no need to turn a catalog into a catalog with banner ads, what’s next, ads within ads within ads? Don’t we need to draw a line”?

If we make it to the end of the year without them adding auto playing video ads I will be shocked.

But think how much you can save!

Best app

User friendly

My go to home finder.

I enjoy the app, as everything else, it’s only as good as what get put into it. Realtor need to provide more accurate data, I search for certain criteria and non relevant listings show.

Good

Wonderful and great

Issue

Please give an option to save all the pics at once if needed.

Annoying Advertising

The app freezes. It locks on to a specific map and you can’t move. It doesn’t happen right away, but eventually the map will freeze and you can’t go to a new location.

I use this daily and I am very happy with it.

This app works really well, with finding, sorting, and managing property listings very painless to do. Newest ones on the market go to the top of the list unless you choose otherwise. I think the “ multifamily” descriptor is not perfectly linked yet, or perhaps people don’t make that distinction when posting the ads, as it doesn’t appear to be foolproof and occasionally properties won’t show in your filtered group results, but are perfectly fine when searched out by name. This is a nitpicky thing, otherwise realtor.ca is my daily driver and works like a charm so it does.

New Low - App Now Contains Unrelated Advertising

Screen grabs don’t show that the app now contains advertising unrelated to MLS. Cheap, nasty, and unnecessary. Have realtors chip in a part of their commissions to pay for the app and the properties they sell through the app. I don’t want to see ads from “Jackpot City” while looking through listings. Shame on you CREA! A new low…

Ok but input often freezes

The latest version on iOS often stops accepting input. The map won’t scroll or zoom, I can open the menu but tapping a menu item does nothing. Closing and restarting the app doesn’t fix it.

Great App to look at - before you go out

Love this app. I look at it a great deal. The pictures are great. If I could say one thing that I would like to see. For condos, for us pet owners, let’s see if it’s permitted. But other than that. Great!
