Just gives me ads now, should have not updated it, it was working fine before.
Cannot create account
I have tried multiple times over the last few months, but I cannot seem to create an account.
I turned off adblockers, VPNs, used different browsers, different computers… I even used different emails. I never receive the invite email they claim to send.
I will move on to a different website. Realtor.ca is terribly flawed.

Severe feature bloat: App performance is degraded and practically unusable.
Malicious ad networks: Intrusive ad units trigger unauthorized redirects to suspicious external URLs.
Zero moderation: No in-app mechanism to report compromised or fraudulent ads.
Aggressive monetization. Security liability: Unvetted ad third parties expose users to phishing and malware risks.

Now has banner ads!?
They added banner ads to the bottom of the app, so now you get scammy spammy ads such as ones with a red flashing mail like I got. If it’s the first time running the app since they put banner ads in you would get tricked into clicking that thinking it’s an in-app message.

Misleading
Accurate location is a fundamental part of real estate. Mislabeling properties to give them the illusion of a luxury island location feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. It wastes buyers' time and severely compromises the credibility of this brokerage. Ensure you double-check mapped addresses before booking visits. I’d advise anyone searching on this site to independently verify addresses first.
