Does not work with iPad
The boom interface will not work with iPad generation 11 with a16 processor. I updated the firmware and it made the situation worse. When you launch the Control 2 app it takes exclusive control of the interface. Signal no longer goes to your DAW. Oddly enough, it all works perfectly on my iPad generation 6. After updating the firmware in the Boom it became completely disfunctional and totally unusable with my new iPad 11. This whole experience with my first Apogee product has been a complete waste of time and money. Never again. Stay away from this product if you plan to use it with an iPad.

電力供給の問題か分からないが(PDハブ使用)iPhone16e使用でアプリとヘッドホンの挙動が安定しない。
ヘッドホンは音がブツブツと再生され、スピーカーイヤホンの欄と往復をしている。
それが治っても他のアプリを弄るとまた始まる。
サンプリングレートを上げてもブツブツ再生が始まる。
改善できるなら改善して欲しい。

Update the firmware or this app won’t detect your Duet 3
Connect the unit to your computer after installing the Apogee app. It’ll prompt you to disconnect the cable and press the knob and leave it pressed while you connect the cable again. Red lights will turn on and you’ll get the firmware update prompt, after which you can let go of the knob. The flash takes like three seconds. Now this app will detect your Duet 3 immediately. Follow instructions instead of leaving negative reviews. This page clearly states that you need to update the firmware.

I can’t believe this hasn’t been updated along with their firmware.
The audio stuttering of my boom got worse and the display just flickers now. A new bonus. I love the channel strip and would love to use it for singing on my iPhone or just listen to music on my headphones. When it eventually works, it’s great! The headphone output is great, like I said, the channel strip is great. Mic output is great! When it works. Contacted support. Support person said. Yep! Happens to me too! Then crickets! Weird it works better on an older lightning cable iPhone with an adapter than a usb c phone. It has a usb c connection for crying out loud! I want to love it! Seems like it could be a pretty easy fix. Keep hoping for an update and was looking at their more expensive hardware, but I imagine iOS support will still be the same only more expensive! Please fix this Apogee! I gave three stars only because it works on my older and fairly well. Only slight audio skip that usually only lasts a second or two when it happens, unlike my iPhone 15 pro max where I have to unplug and plug it in and hope it finally works and not switch apps, or its audio stutter city for as long as I can wait before deciding to unplug the device. Quartet not working with it on iPad.
Mine stays on “waiting on device” and I have my quartet plugged with power supply. However, my iPad works with sound but not app. I’m still looking for solutions.

I thought the app wasn’t working (stuck on Waiting for device…) but it turns out that the Apple USB-HDMI adapter was not working.
Note that you MUST use an adapter with a power supply, you cannot directly connect the Duet to your iPad with a USBC cable as there is not enough power for the Duet.

전 미니 5세대 프로 5세대 아이폰 13 까지 세대가 다잇어 전부 실험해봣지만
안됩니다 프로는 인식을 하긴 합니다 하지만 컨트롤 2에서 똑같은 현상이 발생합니다
듀엣3에 전원을 따로줘도 같은 현상입니다
