Big downgrade

After a month and a half of use and the wonderful app update for the scooter, today, August 23, 2026, they removed several features that were available at the start of July. They’re now only available after riding several kilometres. Which is completely stupid. Why give us access to a feature and then take it away?

Très bonne application interactive

L’application est bien pensé. Elle te sert de GPS permet d’ajuster les paramètres de vitesse du scooter. Elle est connecter avec ton compte Apollo et permet d’accumuler des Amps qui donne des crédits à l’achat d’accessoire. Tu reçois même des cadeaux à l’atteinte de certains niveau que tu atteint seulement en roulant avec la trottinette.

Perfect addition to a well made ride!

Has all the tools and technical data one could want for enjoying a ride with confidence!! Once you get a hang of how your power output works you know when your tires are a few pounds low. I love how you can set speed limits however I’d like the ability to set power limits too. Eco is useless guys! Let’s change that up!! Otherwise A+++

Reading tyre pressure off your power draw is a genuinely clever use of that screen, I'm stealing that. On your two asks: you can already do more than you think. Eco isn't fixed, its cap is a number stored on your scooter's own controller and you can raise it in Scooter Settings, so if Eco is useless to you, turn it up. And for power, look for "Throttle Response" under Acceleration and Braking, which sets how hard the throttle ramps in, 0 to 10. If that's still not the control you meant, tell me what you'd want and I'll take it to the team: christian@apolloscooters.co.

App won’t work

I have an iPhone8 and the app doesn’t even open for me anymore. I put my Apollo V4 in park mode and I was stuck. The app would open or even work on my phone and I couldn’t get that scooter out of park mode. Is there a reason why? And why it’s the only way to unlock my scooter?

Poorest quality

App is plagued with issues after every update. More claims of maintenance centres. It’s all a scam. The same junk quality as the hardware, my phantom stellar was embarrassing to ride. Save your time and money… buy Segway.

Sorry it went that way, genuinely. If there's anything still open on the Stellar, support can pick it up with you, and if you're done with us I understand that too. On the app though: the "worse after every update" pattern was real, and most of it was connection handling. If yours kept losing the scooter or sat forever on "warming up", that exact bug is fixed from 4.7.18310 onwards. Not asking you to give it another go. Just so you know it wasn't you imagining it. If you want to tell me what actually went wrong with the scooter, email me and I'll see what we can do about it: christian@apolloscooters.co.

Speed Setting Limit Capped!!

Recently updated my app, and since the update, my scooter Apollo Go now is capped at 25km/h… :(
I can’t change it anywhere, I have a big private block of land I wish to use on LUDO. I guess this will be going in the trash now…

The App Now Crashes Every Time I Open It

Dear Apollo, I have been using your app for a few months now for my Phantom 2.0, however all of a sudden your app crashes every time I try to open and use it. I’m using IOS 16 and have updated to its latest version, tried rebooting the phone, and tried deleting and reinstalling this app but nothing seems to be making it work again. I like your app but the big bug issues out of nowhere make it unusable for me, I would greatly appreciate it if you guys can fix the app and make it work again.

Sorry, that's a horrible one to hit, especially after you'd already tried everything worth trying. Reinstalling and still being stuck means it wasn't anything you did. We fixed a run of launch bugs right around then, where a popup could take the launch hostage and leave you on a frozen or dead screen. Those went out across 4.7.18300 to 4.7.18306. If you're on anything older, updating is very likely to sort it. If you're already past that and it still dies, send me your app and iOS version and I'll try to reproduce it here: christian@apolloscooters.co.

Great app, tons of bugs!

After this new “redesign” of the Apollo app, I have had countless issues! Mainly, where it takes a very long time to connect to my scooter, and switches between “warming up” and “disconnected” in a forever loop. It randomly works, randomly fails. Makes me think this whole app was vibe coded, lol.

You've described a real bug almost exactly, so let me tell you what was happening. "Warming up" is the app reading your scooter's settings in the seconds right after it connects. If the Bluetooth link dropped during that window, the app sat there waiting on answers that were never coming, for up to 45 seconds, before it could even start the next attempt. That's the loop you were watching, and it's why it felt random when it wasn't. It's fixed. From 4.7.18310 onwards that same case takes about 5 seconds. If you're on a build older than that, updating should sort it. If it's still doing it after you update, email me and I'll put you on the beta build so you get fixes before everyone else: christian@apolloscooters.co. (Also, fair hit on the vibe coding.)

Battery destroyer

I gotta give this a low score cause it absolutely destroys my iPhone 16 pro battery. It didn’t used to be this bad even after the app refresh but now it drains 10% every 15 mins it’s CRAZY and makes way harder to use cause I gotta keep juicing my phone.

Also AI? Get that bloat out of there what do I need AI for on my friggen dashboard? Is that’s what sucking my battery?

When you pause and start again the app shows wrong distance and time when you unpause at times giving wrong trip information please fix.

Support doesn’t help

I’m not talking about the Apollo support team they are really nice and great people. It’s the app, I can’t reply back to the support agent for some unknown reasons, it says it was delivered but my text doesn’t show or pop out and I get no reply. It’s honestly better talking to the support agents on your email since their app doesn’t really work.
