Almost useless

The charger works fine until the Internet goes down. This app is almost useless. Trying to get the charger running again is a huge pain. The app is confusing and gives error messages that don’t help. Also the charger was charging at level 1 yet the app said it was charging at level2. I think I have finally got it to work.

Function is there..

But it’s difficult to get information through the app. The data, such as cost reports, must be exported to be used efficiently. The station itself, once properly set up functions perfectly. Also, a full-screen interface would be nice for when I’m not viewing this on my phone.

Needs another way to pay

I was staying at a hotel that required using this app to pay for charging. Unfortunately, the only way to pay is to give a credit card number and then build up a prepaid balance. Since I’ve never heard of this company before and figured I’d never use it again, this was a bit annoying. It would be really nice if the app allowed you to post to pay with Apple Pay or something. Since I didn’t want to give my credit card number out yet again (for a service I’ll probably never use again) I ended up not charging at all.
