Negative Experience
I tired the app they want 30$ right off the rip as a hold charge. Next I tried to load 15$ 3-5 times and every time it said it didn’t go through but I was charged anyway. My bank flagged it immediately as a possible scam from OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. Then I actually tried 3 different chargers at a brand new location at 4-‘ so I could get home to my family. Subsequently it did not work and came up with multiple error codes. This never happens at a Tesla site. Now my vehicle needs to be serviced at Tesla bc there are multiple errors codes and issues that were diagnosed and found right after I left the charging site. If there is something that this company did with their technology that broke or compromised my battery or any other hardware/software I will pursue compensation for the damages. I have an appointment with Tesla on September 10th for them to look into the matter. I would appreciate a chance to speak with someone whom has authority on this matter. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

Works great!
Just bought my first EV, a BMW i3. The app made it easy to plan my route, find chargers that fit for fast charging, and had no issues at all. The reviews were very helpful and I found everything to be up-to-date.
