Experience was good
Price was too expensive. $25 to charge from 60% to 85% is robbery. Won’t be using ev connect if I can avoid it.
No Joy
I tried this app. I was disappointed that it did not find the 16 charging stations that I know exist at a nearby restaurant that has been open for over a year.
Extremely poor service
I have not been to access my account in over a year, tech support say they are escalating my issue, no one ever responds back to me.
Useless so far
I downloaded the app just to browse around and find out whether there are EV connect stations in the areas where I’m likely to travel. If you try to use the app as a guest, you are blocked from pretty much the entire app as far as I can tell.
Never Operational
These chargers are always offline. There are a total of 4 connections and they are offline 90% of the time at Turkey Lake on the Florida Turnpike.
