BEST CHARGING APP EVER
after spending weeks searching for an app that will allow older iphone users to access i finally found EV Connect and i love it!
Inadequate interface
I downloaded this because I tend to collect charger apps. It doesn’t seem to have very much information about the charging stations. Perhaps they will improve it overtime but right now compared to charge hub and plug share. It’s pretty basic looking.
Doesn’t work with Tesla
I tried to charge my Tesla four different times. It did not work at all. Instead, I just got charged $1.62 each time with no charge, and then I walk away and it just suddenly stops working. I'm then told I'll be charged a $25 per hour idle fee. It literally doesn't work, and the user interface is terrible. I do not recommend at all.

Not useful for multiple chargers
I ended up downloading the app because I tried to charge my car at a Ford dealership. The app would not tell me which of the chargers I was authorizing. I ended up having to go elsewhere to charge.
Horrible Service
I suggest avoiding this company. I spent 20 minutes trying to activate a charge with no luck. When you call support, they will blame your vehicle when their software system seems to be the issue. I suggest avoiding any ev connect chargers since you will have to deal with this company running the back end.

Chargers down for “energy conservation mode” for no reason

Orange City Location
I use this charging station once a week and never have any issues at all. The price has been $.29 cents per kw/hr for at past the last month, which seems fair to me. The location being a hospital parking lot isn’t the greatest but it’s still quite convenient.
Simple
There are so many lousy, janky, scammy, useless EV charging apps out there and this ain't one. I hope it holds up.
Issues with station
It’s a toss up with the system it seems like every so often it tells you unable to charge car and you have to call in and they do a 100.00 pre off in order to use the machine customer service is not really much help especially when you try and ask for a manager they never call you back the only reason I keep coming back is it’s the cheapest station that’s close en to my house

Chargers are always broken. Support is not making any efforts to fix.

Not worth the effort
I’ve tried EV Connect with a number of different electric vehicles. I have seldom been able to get EV Connect to work. I can’t un recommend this enough. It’s the point where it’s just not worth my time to see if EV connect is going to work.

Charged me 15 dollars for idle parking so that it can take 2 hours for a full charge at almost midnight. I would find another station

Do not use it do not go anywhere this evening connect tell you about it. This charge you extra $10 for parking. Will you charge your car?
Buggy and nonfunctional
I spent 10 minutes trying to make an account, for some reason it won’t take certain email addresses, it keeps telling me to wait to send a verification text and once i finally get to try to charge using guest mode it says “forbidden”

Too many issues
Consistently have issues with their chargers faulting out or failing to activate. Their ABB chargers are especially unreliable.
