Downloaded the app and it's just showing the logo and not loading past it. I'm stranded trying to charge my car and the app won't even work.🤢

Does not load on iPad..keeps logging you out once you log in. Works fine on IPhone.
Terrible update, old app is much better, more details and quicker to use.
Now less info and longer to use. Used to show me two numbers for public/home monthly total, is now combined. Have no idea how much the total amount power used just at home for the month.

The app asks me to login even though I already did login. There is no way to access the schedule so I can’t charge overnight at home. I’ll be forced to manually charge during “on peak” hours at a much higher cost than overnight.
App was updated now it’s worthless on iPad
Previous app was fine. Update doesn’t work on iPad. App constantly fails to login and you can no longer view history or any user data. Customer service is a complete joke! All this for a route planner no one is ever going to use. ChargePoint management and App developers are idiots for rolling out a defective app that renders the previous functionality unusable.
