Tough to find path to report a problem. Then text box on iPhone obstructs submit button. And past problem reports similarly won't allow feedback on responses. So, they must think all is AOK!?
App not communicating with station
My car charges on the station but the app doesn’t show that it’s been charged. I have no way to track how much it’s costing or the speed. By looking at the app it shows I have no charging history.
POS app
This app keeps on logging me out and login is difficult as it does everything possible to make password manager not work automatically. You can’t even paste in 2FA codes that they email to you. Whoever wrote this app clearly doesn’t use it; and if they have a designer, that person should be forced to go back to school.

Functional App
This is a dual review for the mobile and watch apps.
Recent changes to the app’s Charging Activity page has duplicated information and made looking at information require more taps. Information does not need to be shown multiple times on the same page. Reducing the size of data font and adding a “Energy Dispensed” in BOLD font is not usable information. This page also duplicates the energy value while removing the relevant cost of the charging session. I have to look at the line item on the Charging Activity page or view the receipt to get the price data now. Overall greatly irritating changes that messed up functional workflows.
The watch app doesn’t open at all. From what I can tell from looking at log files, it is missing files from its binary that allow it to boot.

Unreliable
Constantly reports wrong charging status. Rarely knows whether car is charging or not. Buggy!!
