Cannot access receipts
I appreciate the new visuals on this version however, I’m unable to view receipts. Whenever clicking on a receipt it states that I am not authorized to view this page. Really frustrating bug.

Every time I open the app, it makes me sign in again.

Horrible update
Logs out regularly, doesn’t pinch and zoom, can’t search for location properly, fails while adding to waitlist. Can name 99more. Haa to be the worst update for an already horrible app
New Summer Update Broken
I use a Home charger and ever since the new UI update, it’s been giving me issues. Sometimes I can’t charge until I replug my car 2 or 3 times which sucks because I have spotty data near my charger. So I’ll have to plug in, walk to data, see it won’t start, then go back and restart everything. The heck? Why did they change the backend at the same time as a UI update? Annoying.

Widget broken after update
“The ChargePoint network is unavailable. Try later.” The widget worked great for years. Now I get this message most of the time, and I’m constantly being signed out of the app.
Poor road trip functions
It works for my home charger. However, it is useless when on the road looking for a charger while on a long distance drive.
Cannot decode
How in the heck am I supposed to get into the app if it tells me it cannot decode my email address? Support told me to wait 24 hours and try it again. Um, I’m trying to charge now!
Awful
Tried to charge car. Wouldn’t let u sign up. Added phone number for code and then after first try won’t let u move forward says try again in 24 hours. The worst app I’ve ever used AVOID
MOST HORRIBLE
This is the most awful charging service in existence; something is constantly broken, and you can't even submit a report because that feature doesn't work either.
Nerfed my charger!
I was super happy with my home charger until the latest firmware up update caused it to stop working. I called tech support and they said call back in 24 hours. The next day I tried to log on, and my account had been deleted with my charger still not working. Criminal I say.
Worst charging app available!
This app makes me regret my car completely, absolutely unreliable, delete my account information or doesn’t recognize it half the time. This system should be removed and replaced by all businesses.
The New UX
Is a visual downgrade, where the written address of the station is less prominent than it used to be. Switching away for a while.

horrible app, especially if the stations is available for use but not appearing in the app, so I tapped my phone to the station for charging without an account. it charged my card but didn’t charge the car at all, and there are 4 separate authorization hold on my card $200 total.

As long as you don’t have to talk to anybody or ask for help, the system may work or it may not work for you
but definitely don’t expect help. I’ve opened multiple service tickets and they closed them or mark them resolved and no one ever follows up with anything other than we’ll get back to you.

Developer team should be fired
Forced to sign in to ChargePoint app AGAIN. The developer team clearly does not use their own app to charge cars on a daily basis because the UI SUCKS, now I have to zoom in on a map each time to find nearby chargers
Update too busy
The waiting list in the latest update is not efficient. you can be 10th on the waitlist, while looking at a dozen open chargers, and it won’t let you start any of them.
Widget Broken
App has worked fine for the last few updates, but this update has broken the widget. Please fix this.
Slow, unreliable spyware
This was a terrible app whose marginal utility has now been rendered utterly useless by requiring re-authentication every few hours.
