New app is awful

I want to downgrade to old app please

25 dollar hold

Had no problem for years using ChargePoint card to tap and pay, now they charge you 25 hold, they charged me twice and then it takes 7 days to get money back. This is the reason I stopped using this company.

Can’t add tap to charge on Apple wallet

The app has been glitching I need to sign in every time I am using the app and I can’t add tap to charge to the Apple wallet

Terrible Update on the UI

I can’t find my favorites spots anywhere

New update is broken

The new UI update severely broke functionality. The previous UI would tell you where exactly your assigned charging spot was located. The new update removed this, which makes finding your assigned spot nearly impossible in a multi-level parking garage

Getting better but still missing a feature

The My Spots feature is working again in CarPlay. One feature that would be useful is to allow a My Spot to be added with specific selected stations instead of only by address.

App has gotten noticeably worse

There used to be a way to see which floor the station was on, that information is gone now, which makes it so hard and frustrating to find the charging station.

The app is also unreliable, I can’t seem to start charge via my app, on some stations the tap doesn’t work either.

App update is a huge downgrade

Why do I have to now zoom way in to the map to see the color of the pins? It was much more useful when you could see the colored pins at any level zoom. Also, there are now issues with payment. Who authorized this trash “update”? Please revert back.

Trends Graph redesign a step backwards

The trends graph for charging history used to show 10 months. (Excluding any where the value is 0)
Now it only shows 4 at a time. It also used to show the value of each above the bar. Those are gone now. Why dumb it down?

Do not update no floor level anymore

You can never find your ChargePoint any more

App quality has deteriorated

This app used to be fine. Now whenever I move within account I get session expired log in again. Map used to be more user friendly. With this app, progress is actually regression.

New app is a mess

Tried to set a schedule got an error. Tried to go to settings got an error. Users shouldn't be testers. This doesn't feel like it was QC’d

New version logon issue

After loading the new version every time I use the app I have to constantly login even while I’m inside the app It asked me to login again please fix.

Used to be a good app

The newest update made this app suck. It used to be so easy to tell where stations were available without having to click on the map AND I used to be able to use google maps or waze with it but now the only options for directions is either using their in app directions or apple maps, which I dislike. This is the worst update of any app I’ve ever personally experienced.

Can’t add “Tap to Charge” to Apple Wallet

App will add to Tap to Charge to Apple Wallet. When you click on the option to add, nothing happens. Fix this ASAP.

Pointless update to app

Why even waste money “upgrading” the app when the company stock keeps going down. Where are my favorites? Everything is just worse and clunky and buried. So lame.

New update is butt ugly and breaks so many native features, and clearly also has terrible privacy implications with new Google Maps integration. That’s the worst kind of software. The fact that you can’t even see if a charger is functional/available until you tap to zoom in 3 times on the charger on the map is particularly disgraceful from a usability standpoint. I also second the folks about the lack of seeing the current charge flow level.

Keeps logging me out

The app keeps logging me out and I’m forced to keep logging back in. Such a hassle!

July26 update

Had worked fine. Now I can’t even log in because of a “decode” error so it’s essentially useless. Makes me worry that I can’t rely on this in the future if I can’t even get into the app.
