Buggy app does not permit edits
I downloaded the latest version on Sep 11 2026. After logging in, it is impossible to edit your details, when you select the user details page, the app immediately swipes itself back to the previous screen. Exact same issue with Electrify Canada app. Tried on 3 different iPhones.
Worst most expensive
I dread having to use their system. Very expensive, very glitchy or just plain broken.
Broken App since last update
Despite paying a monthly membership, the EA App (since the last update) cannot initialize charge. I have been going to Tesla’s chargers to be able to charge my Rivian.
Can’t log in
Never sends the text code to finish logging in. I’d assume the rest of the app is also garbage if they can’t get the most basic login part to work.
Acct creation?
Can’t create an account. So what’s the point?
