If you mistaking order something wrong, or any issue of the product or payment, they never refund you back as promised.
Poorly designed, poorly implemented
I ended up becoming a customer after I switched to complete the transaction on the website. After two failed and crashed shopping carts at the final step.
Account fields completion doesn’t give access to the IOS ecosystem of user details. It all needs to be retyped. The register using Facebook is broken. Just very poor engineering hygiene. Enough to turn off a customer. I hope it improves. I hope the company hadn’t triplicated my order on the crashes. I hope the app team more thoroughly QAs its app and strives to improve. I’ll give them another try.

Cute but app needs improvements
So many cute things—but the UI needs a lot of improvements especially when you are trying to track your orders (glitches a lot and it’s just not very seamless to use). But overall, you get to find really niche and unique gifts!

No order confirmation and order received. Scam
I made a payment for an order using Apollo box, however, I never received order confirmation and order itself. They took a payment from my card successfully. Looks like a scam.
Neat, but...
Neat stuff, but I cannot see most of the text on the app since I have my phone in dark mode. Please fix this!
Expensive stuff
Glasses case is cute but would break your glasses if you do not condition it first. It should allow more space before you snap it closed. Most items are expensive and can be bought for much less elsewhere.
Terrible categories & search
How does anyone find anything on this app/website?! I’m astonished it has so many good reviews.
The products are all super cute but the categories are so broad it’s just endless scrolling and I guess… impulse buying?! What if you know… you’re actually deliberately shopping for something you actually need?! How do I find anything when all apparel is lumped into one and even using the search bar returns a load of completely irrelevant items.
Oh wait, I’m guessing that’s the business model? Impulse buying and overspending. Nefarious.

Horrible customer service
Slow shipping out of China, after which my package was lost in the US- dozens of emails and nothing done about it- no refund, no replacement, basically stole my hard-earned money.
Pretty Good
Apollobox is pretty good. The zodiac music box I had ordered came in the same way shown, and my niece’s (1) mom loves it.
I gave it four stars because I had ordered it at the beginning of August and it came on the 29th, even though it had said 7–9 day shipping. Not much of a problem personally, but it was very close to the 31st (my niece’s birthday).
I will use this again :)

BEWARE!!!
The Apollo box is a scam!!!!! Be careful buying stuff from the website, I spent $89 on a set of lotus bowls, nothing like the pictures, cheap fake products. Now I have to wait and see if I get a full refund?!
