Worst bank in Mexico

There is just so many things wrong with this bank. It is a horrible bureacratic nightmare. Every step is super unfriendly towards the user and is very hard to do. When you give this bank your money prepare to never see it again.

It never works and apparently you need to contact them through social media to provide feedback. This is a financial institution and they are only listening to customers via Facebook and Instagram? How can you trust this entity with your money?
