El proceso de verificación es terrible, cuando uno quiere iniciar sesión siempre da problemas, deben modernizar ese proceso y dejar de usar el gatcha con figuras que ya es obsoleto para una empresa como la de ustedes

Primitiva

Falla la mitad del tiempo, y las pocas cosas que funcionan les diseñó un principiante. ¿Cómo es posible que sea tan dispendioso entrar un código de verificación de seis dígitos (eso es cuando por lo menos llega)? Después de cada dígito hay que presionar "Listo" porque las casillas se ocultan detrás del teclado, luego seleccionar la siguiente casilla, cambiar de teclado alfanumérico a numérico, etc. Empresas públicas: el inepto que te diseñó esto te está haciendo quedar como una empresa de pacotilla.

Parece que ningún funcionario de epm hace uso de la app. Perverso el diseño. Ustedes deberían ser los líderes de carga eléctrica en el país. Típico de una empresa paquidermica
