What's New in App For Lab

3.5

July 7, 2013

Minor bugs fixed

User reviews

Not worth $1.99

Lab notebook: you're better off with a paper book; weak
-can't input pictures
-can't draw in your own notes
-can't email or import any attachments
-stuck with one bar line paper style
-no voice recording
Basically like the yellow note pad app everyone gets on their iOS

Protocol: like using the yellow note pad again
-it'd be better to be able to calculate specific ratios
For example, if I wanted to use 1.8% agarose gel, but make half a gel, I'd like it to calculate the agarose, the buffer needed
-add in more protocols like PCR programs that have blanks to input denaturing temp/time etc.

Everything else is superfluous.

Bottom line:
-focus on creating a stronger lab book
-nice interface, inviting but content needs to be improved

Great concept, would like to see more work done. But at this point, no one should have had to pay for this APP. I would like my money back personally. Content really needs to be developed.

I love it

This is awesome!

Good but lets get it to great

There are some key features missing such as being able to put pictures in lab logs in the protocol. I am also having issues with the lab camera. The lab camera needs to be more functional. Thanks for the app though..keep up the hard work.

Email

I can not seem to email the notes.

Great for lab

This is a great app for anyone working in lab.
