Just throwing money away

Just like others say when you try get icons from theme section you always get the it’s not installed error. And no deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help. How can you charge for something that doesn’t work? And now it’s saying to purchase another app that looks absolutely the same and pay for the mess again? What a ripoff.

I just downloaded the paid version of this app for the themes, and not a single theme will work in my iPhone XR... not happy with this app at all.
