Bought 2 tokens to look at 1 car fax i tried the first time just getting one then it said there was a problem after i bought it, tried again on the app and it said invalid balance after it took my coin and got no carfax back so spent 20 dollars basically for nothing. SCAM

This app has been very reliable and a cost savings. I decided to purchase the Unlimted weekly subscriptions but was just told in app that I reached my limit of 15 search’s for the week. I paid for Unlimted, so that’s a bit confusing

Why hasn’t my car fax history being shown?

Installed the app taped in the vin basic information was there for free color of the car, basic information, etc. after paying for the subscription there wasn’t any further information given. This seems a little bit like a scam.
