Constantly logging me out
Ever since my iPhone rebooted and App Can was reinstalled and then updated, it constantly signs me out when I’m in and out of using it. Sometimes after a couple of minutes and sometimes multiple times within a 10-20 minute period. It’s starting to drive me mad. Just keep me signed in!
System problems
Nearly every week I get a phone call saying service cards are missing. The system keeps losing them. If I don’t do a service card, I don’t get paid. Therefore I know they are done. I’m then told I ain’t getting paid for that service until the card is done which is wasting valuable time. Get it sorted

Wrong calculation times
You need to sort your calculation times out. They are wrong between 3mbar and 10mbar test pressures for low pressure gas. 125mm SDR17.6. I’ve flagged it up with Network Plus and Cadent. This error could cost companies thousands of pounds in remedial works!!! Experience prevails!!
Not user friendly
Constantly repeating information in various category’s , needs to be more intuitive , incredibly frustrating
