Doesn’t work
Things listed in the store as a deal if you use app card are never listed in the app. Tried to pay for my gas using the points I’ve earned and it said my user wasn’t recognized. Waste of time.
No verification code
For over a year now it refuses to send me a verification code. Both text and phone call. I’m genuinely confused as to why

I have an account and use my points but I cannot use this app at all. It says my address is invalid but I been here for years!
HORRIBLE
The requirements for the amount of points you must earn keep increasing. First it was $100 spent then I had to spend over $1,000 in order to get the reward I wanted and when I did that the system was always down! I couldn’t redeem anything! It’s awful. I feel lied and cheated so this app can profit over my participation so it can make more money. SHAME!!!

Yet to see points
I signed up for this card, email and cell phone entered. I should see 300 points (100 for each). No points showing. I used the card and spent over $100 at store. Receipt doesn’t show, 100+ points do not show, and the initial 300 points do not show. DISASTER!!
Please stop jumping to top of list
This app makes it painful to clip coupons. You scroll through a long list, and when you clip one, it jumps back to the top and you get to start scrolling again. After clipping about 5 coupons, you just give up… 🤷🏻♀️
Epic Fail
Downloaded and tried to create an account. Sends passcode, enter it and can’t get any further.

Bro I needed this so badly because I wanted discounts and this does that. You don’t need the app there is a machine you use to run App Card. W app bro!!
Flawed
There is no way to search for a coupon you want like say bread, you literally have to look at EVERY coupon EVERY time. Very time consuming makes me not want to use it and that’s sad.

Worst app and Customer service
Preciosa, a perfume store told me to download the app to get the rewards but I’m not able to register with my phone. I even emailed customer services and wrote in FB and no one has reply back.
Log in?
My email already exists. The prompt, once the texted code is in, there is no place to log in. The page expects you to create a profile. When you try you already exist so that’s a fail. There’s no choice to log in, or even just back out of the page. Useless
Hard to use
I still have to use old app to get weekly ad! Also, can’t search for coupons and doesn’t have senior promotion when offered!! Please please add all options from old app to this new one!!!

Another useless app.
Downloaded it hoping I could snap a pic of my receipt because I forgot to put in my number for rewards for a rather big purchase at my local grocery store. Highly disappointed to see I couldn’t on the app.bWould be awesome if you could do snap a pic because sometimes you just forget to put in your number but you get a receipt.

Time is money
It takes too long to find a coupon. There is no search feature, no sort feature, no scan feature, just scrolling. Wasted time. Maybe it was created that way on purpose, so we won’t take the time to find a coupon. Very disappointed.

Tried to set up my account. Keeps telling me to fill out required information when All the field are filled out.

When I click on the app it goes straight back to my Home Screen 😭
