Needs an update
Love putting in orders for pickup! However the app definitely needs an update. The app needs to be able to store card information so you do not need to get your card out for every purchase. I order groceries twice a week and it is so inconvenient to have to run and get my card every time to place an order. Or you should atleast be able to pay with Apple Pay. If you put in your card info and realize you forgot something and you leave the cart, when you come back it will ask you to type all of that information again. Or if the app crashes which has happened a few times to me. So you may need to put in your information multiple times just for 1 order.

It ok
Some of the formatting is weird, so like, you could type in something and if it’s not the exact name of the product it won’t be found. But otherwise I like it better than the website, I reinstall it whenever I place pick up orders
Love ingles, but the app needs work.
I go out of my way to shop at an American owned store. I love ingles. But the app is not living up to its potential. The search functions seem incapable of hitting key words. I searched French onion soup and got lots of results but not the Campbells one I needed. Then I searched Campbell and Campbells French onion soup was in the results. On my iPhone, the app won’t let my phone auto populate my card information for payment. I have to manually enter my card information, name, address, etc. Not the end of the world but time consuming and inconvenient, not to mention that typos mean I have to do it 2 or 3 times sometimes, even more time consuming and completely unnecessary. I’m an app dev so if you’re looking for a good remote worker to fix some of this for you, give me a call.
