Love ingles, but the app needs work.
I go out of my way to shop at an American owned store. I love ingles. But the app is not living up to its potential. The search functions seem incapable of hitting key words. I searched French onion soup and got lots of results but not the Campbells one I needed. Then I searched Campbell and Campbells French onion soup was in the results. On my iPhone, the app won’t let my phone auto populate my card information for payment. I have to manually enter my card information, name, address, etc. Not the end of the world but time consuming and inconvenient, not to mention that typos mean I have to do it 2 or 3 times sometimes, even more time consuming and completely unnecessary. I’m an app dev so if you’re looking for a good remote worker to fix some of this for you, give me a call.

The ability to add items, see isle or store departments, and pricing is great. But the app is completely geared to curbside pickup when it could be more. I’m new to the app, composed a list that showed locations and emailed it to myself to print out and carry to the store for reference. The pricing and locations are lost when it’s emailed. Frankly, location is more important than pricing to me. (The Publix app prints out showing locations.) It would be wonderful if the Ingles app was tailored to the in store customer, too. Ingles is my go-to store. Locations, please.

Ingles curbside is awesome
We use Ingles curbside all the time and love all the individuals that help get our groceries together. Marsha is my favorite and I know there will be NO problems with our order. We also feel the same way with Kiley! Keep up the good work!

I have an injured foot and needed to make use of the Ingle’s offer to shop for you at no charge for the first time in all the years I have been going to Ingles. Spoke on the phone with a customer service representative, Alicia, who directed me to the cart symbol on my mobile app. Once I had the confidence of her help of where to start I added items to my cart and then was able to put a card on file and check out with the instruction that I would be there for Curbside at the time that they offered and I accepted. Great process! I was even able to use their scan to identify shopping list items by using my phone and scanning existing items that I’ve bought from Ingles that were on hand, but getting empty. A great experience!

Search engine is hard to use.
Your search engine is practically useless. In many cases If I type in a particular brand name item nothing comes up.
Checkout process
Placing items in cart is easy, but the checkout process wouldn’t load my payment info over numerous attempts - eventually I discovered you had to put capital letter then lowercase letter for the state, and that’s the only way it would work. Very frustrating, as it didn’t tell you what the error was with payment.

You need to add a reorder option. And be able to save card details to your profile. And work on free delivery.
Wonderful online ordering
I have used online ordering with two other grocery stores that I won’t name and they’re ordering applications are difficult at best. Yours is perfect for an 80 year-old woman.

Ingles Card in Apple Wallet?
I’m still becoming familiar with the app and I appreciate Ingles has it. Can you make it so we can add our Ingles card to our Apple Wallet? Thank you!

It is hard to find certain items that I know you carry. Last 2 times I have had trouble with getting my payment to go through. This time I had to enter my card information 3 times. Please improve the online ordering experience!!
Not user friendly
The app needs to save credit card info or accept other forms of payment such as PayPal so you don’t have to completely fill out your life history every single time!
The Best
I enjoy using Ingles Curbside service because it saves me time… but the biggest reason is the awesome folks who pick and deliver my groceries to my car! They are always so careful to read any notes I have in my list, and take care when choosing produce or meats. All of them are so pleasant and helpful, and my grocery order is almost always ready well before the selected time! Thanks Ingles!

Difficult
Great service once the order is entered, but finding desired items is painful and time consuming. Items not found is the usual response i.e. no sherbet in current order because I could never find it.
